ADAPTERS
All electrical outlets in your room are permanently switched on (220 volts). Adapters (not converters) are available at reception upon request.
AIR CONDITIONING
Your room temperature is set to 25°. Please contact reception for more information.
BATHROBES
Bathrobes are available on request from reception.
BEACH TOWELS / BEACH CHAIRS / UMBRELLAS
Beach towels, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available upon request at the front desk.
BREAKFAST
Breakfast is served in our restaurant Son de Mar from 07:30 am till 10:30 am. A full breakfast including pastries, freshly squeezed juices, sweet and savory dishes.
Breakfast can also be served in your room between 08:00 am and 10:30 am with an extra fee of 5€ per person. We kindly ask you to book it at the reception until the night before 09:00 pm at the latest (Room service is not available in the annex buildings, rooms 300–501).
CHILDREN
The hotel offers you a baby bed, a bottle warmer, a high chair, a changing mat and we can heat up your child’s meals. We can also lend you various games. Please contact the reception.
We can arrange childcare for you. Please address your request to reception.
CONCIERGERIE
Our reception team remains at your disposal to organize your stay: restaurant reservations, taxis, boat rentals, etc.
CREDIT CARDS
We accept the following credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Maestro. Checks are not accepted.
DEFIBRILLATOR
Our establishment is equipped with a defibrillator (available at reception).
DO NOT DISTURB
A “do not disturb” doorknob sign is available in your room. We ask that you display it when you do not wish to receive housekeeping service.
ENVIRONMENT
As part of our commitment to protecting the environment and the natural beauty of Corsica, we invite you to join us in adopting a few simple, responsible practices:
Water management: please ensure you use this precious resource wisely
Bath towels: hang up your towels if you wish to reuse them, or leave them on the floor if you would like them replaced
Bed linen: to minimise our impact, sheets are changed on request only
Turndown service: you have the option to decline this to reduce your environmental footprint
Waste sorting and recycling: waste sorting facilities are provided by the establishment
Air conditioning: please switch it off when you leave the room and keep doors and windows closed whilst it is in use, to optimise its energy efficiency
FITNESS CENTER
Our fitness center is open daily from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Access cards are available at the front desk. The number of people allowed in at one time is limited to 6.
FORGOTTEN ITEMS
Please contact the reception if you have left any personal belongings in the hotel. Your items will be returned to you at your own cost.
IRONS AND IRONING BOARDS
The hotel provides irons and ironing boards. Please ask at reception.
NON-SMOKING
Please note that smoking (including electronic cigarette) is not allowed in the hotel. All rooms are non-smoking, a €500,00 cleaning fee will be charged for smoking.
PILLOWS & COMFORTERS
Please contact reception if you require an extra pillow or duvet.
SCANS & PRINTS
Scans & photocopies are available at the reception (paying service). For any information and rates, please contact the front desk.
SECURITY
For your peace of mind, please note that the hotel’s common areas are equipped with a security camera system.
SLIPPERS
Slippers are available on request from reception.
SPA
Our Turkish bath area is available without booking, but is limited to six people at a time.
To prolong the experience when you return from vacation, we offer a selection of Codage products. Please contact our Spa therapists or reception for advice.
TOILET LINEN
You can request additional towels by contacting reception (300).
TOILETRY PRODUCTS CODAGE
Toiletries are provided throughout your stay. They are also on sale in our Spa.
VALUABLES
A safe is available in the wardrobe of your room. A 4-digit secret code, chosen by you, gives you access to it.
The Management declines all responsibility in the event of theft of valuables left in the room (outside the safe) or in any other common area of the establishment.
